Sheila is such a nice professional and a talented barber! She has all of the best deals that Portsmouth has to offer and was super accommodating when I walked in right at the end of her day. After taking a year to check out most of the other barbershops in town I came after being let down a few times. Sheila is totally my last stop, her shop is wicked cool and so is she!
